Exchange, Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Our goal is to earn your absolute satisfaction. 

You have 7 days following order receipt to return an item to us under our 7-day return policy. 

Your item needs to be new, unused, with tags, and in the original packing in order for the return to be accepted. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

Cancellation Policy:

After an order has been placed, PathriGo does not support canceling it. But the following factors must be taken into account:

  • Within a period of 12 hours, a consumer placed multiple orders for the same item in the same quantity.
  • Only requests for cancellation that are submitted within six hours of placing the order will be taken into consideration. However, if the orders have already been sent, the cancellation request won’t be taken into consideration.

Refund Policy:

Only for purchases that were canceled and received damaged, a refund will be issued; the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Once we’ve received and examined your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If the refund request is accepted, it will be processed, and if the order was C.O.D., a credit will automatically be credited to the customer’s credit card or original payment method. Please include bank information in the return request. 

Within 21 working days of the confirmation date for the refund, refunds must be handled.

Exchange Policy:
PathriGo is aware that occasionally the item you receive might not live up to your expectations, and you might want to swap it for another one. According to this policy:

You have seven days from the date of delivery to replace the product(s) you received for another product(s).

The item(s) must be undamaged, with the tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

The cost of shipping the product(s) back to the buyer is their responsibility.

The customer will be responsible for paying the price difference if the replacement item(s) chosen for exchange are more expensive than the item(s) being returned.

PathriGo will start a reimbursement of the price difference if the cost of the new item(s) chosen for exchange is/are less than the cost of the item(s) being returned.

For our confirmation, do provide us a copy of the exchange waybill information as well as a photo of the courier partner’s receipt.
